Terms of service

These terms apply when you order services from Aethera Marketing ("Aethera", "we") through aethera.marketing, the client portal, email or WhatsApp.
1. Services and orders
We provide AI video ads, hooks, ad campaigns, content writing, online stores and marketing management, as described on our website. An order is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing and, where a price applies, receive payment.
2. Free trial video
New clients can receive one free trial video on their own product. One free video per brand. There is no obligation to buy afterwards.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on our website. "From" prices are confirmed after we review your request.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the details shown in your client portal after we confirm your order. Work starts once payment is received.
- Monthly plans are paid in advance for each month.
- The code WELCOME15 gives 15% off the first month of the Starter or Growth plan, for new clients only, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Ad budgets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google are not included and are paid by you directly to those platforms. Domain, hosting and payment provider fees for online stores are also paid by you.
4. Delivery
Videos, hooks, content and ads are normally delivered within 24 hours after we receive payment and everything we need from you. Online store timelines depend on the store's size and are agreed before we start. Files stay available in your portal for 30 days, so please download them.
5. Changes and revisions
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if something needs adjusting. We will make reasonable changes that stay within the original request. New ideas or a different direction count as a new order.
6. Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by email or WhatsApp. It stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. Work already delivered is not refunded.
7. Your materials and rights
You confirm that you have the rights to the product photos, logos and other materials you send us. After full payment, you may use the final delivered files for your business without limits. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. AI-generated content
Our content is made with AI tools and reviewed by us. You are responsible for checking that claims about your product in the final ads are accurate before you publish them.
9. No guaranteed results
We work to get you strong results, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, views or returns on ad spend, because these depend on your product, prices, market and platforms.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
